Wall Panels, Floor Panels & Pre-built Components - Production Shop: To improve jobsite cycle times and quality while reducing jobsite waste, we utilize our production facility by pre-building various products using "green" processes prior to starting on your project. We design and build pre-cut stair assemblies and pre-built walls panels. Safety is our #1 priority, all employees participate in ongoing safety training! Our goal, with our Industry leading program, is to get our employees home accident free every night.



  • Panelized wall framing reduces cycle time and jobsite waste and increases overall quality and consistency.

  • A team of experienced designers use our FrameIT® process along with ITW's Intellibuild software to prepare complete wall framing plans for each project.

  • Wall Panel designers are formally trained in load development, state and local building codes to properly design and engineer each component.

  • All CCC crews are trained and experienced in setting wall panels and sub-component assemblies.

  • CarpentryTime®, our proprietary web based scheduling software, gives the customer and CCC the capability to monitor the cost and pace of each project.
